Excellent location, Free transport pass, Unique and fun decor

Cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! Noise levels from adjacent rooms make resting difficult, not to mention the cramped bathroom facilities lacking shelving!!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating at the front desk, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. The breakfast was surprisingly good too, a nice variety of options that kept me satisfied every morning.

My room was really spacious and surprisingly modern. The bed felt super comfortable, and the large shower was a nice perk. Everything was clean and had a fun vibe to it. There were plenty of charging sockets, which was perfect for my gadgets. The only bummer was that the minibar didn’t keep drinks very cold, and I wished there were more towels available.

I enjoyed my stay at Nh Bern The Bristol. The room was quite comfortable with an amazing shower. It was surprisingly quiet given the hotel's excellent central location in Bern. The breakfast provided an excellent selection of delicious food, contributing to a pleasant start to my day. The staff, especially Andrea, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
