The accommodation is superbly located and you can get around quickly on foot. The rooms on the 6th floor offer a view of the dome of the Bundeshaus and the mountains and the Gurten.

Pleasant accommodation, wonderful staff, a late check-out at 12:00. Exceptional unit with very comfortable beds. Exceptional service, parking nearby. Interesting interior, great restaurant. Unbeatable location to Star. Cafes and restaurants inside the hotel.

Excellent location! The hotel is very near the central station, old town and city centre. Its safe to walk around the area at night. You can have late night dinner is nearby nice restaurants. Hotel facilities are good - coffee/tea in the room, with AC, etc., expected in a 4-star hotel..but not extraordinary. Ah..nice welcome drinks!
Its a bit expensive. Though, Switzerland is very expensive country!! Supplies in the bathroom for a 4 star hotel is very basic. For example, there was no small lotion available in the room or even when I requested one in the reception.

Cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! Noise levels from adjacent rooms make resting difficult, not to mention the cramped bathroom facilities lacking shelving!!!

Very expensive. 280 euros per night!!! Important to say Bern is a very expensive city to rent a room.

Central location, good organization, friendly and efficient staff, elevator, electrical kettle in the room, flexibility demonstrated by the staff in extending the checkout time by 2 hours (to 2pm)
1) The air-conditioning system did not allow to easily support pleasant climate with fresh air in the room - it was blowing too strongly and smelling unpleasantly; 2) the breakfast was poor
